Join us an exclusive TRIFECTA x TRC: Strength & Mobility class.

This program is specifically designed to enhance your strength, stability, and mobility, ultimately supporting injury prevention and optimising performance for board sports enthusiasts.

Our class incorporates a combination of bodyweight exercises and light equipment, such as resistance bands, to target lower body and core strength, low-level plyometric exercises to enhance power, and isometrically loaded stretches aimed at expanding the range of motion and improving the load-bearing capacity of your ankles, knees, and hips to help you achieve your fitness and performance of board sports.
