About State of Shiok

At State of Shiok, aims to challenge the negative stigma surrounding tattooing in Singapore, presenting it as an art form. They recognise the challenges of becoming a tattoo artist, and hopes to provide a glimpse into the art form while encouraging those serious about it to seek apprenticeships with experienced artists.
